German company offering €100,000 a year for cannabis sommelier to test the quality of cannabis

Cannamedical, a Cologne based medical Cannabis company wants to hire a Cannabis Sommelier with an annual salary of up to €100,000. They want the new employee to “smell, feel and smoke” the cannabis.

The company CEO David Henn said to Bild :

“We are looking for someone who continuously monitors the standards of our growers in the sourcing countries of Australia, Canada, Portugal, Macedonia and Denmark. Here in Germany, they should also check the quality of the material delivered.”

The company has been flooded with applications from Cannabis enthusiasts but should you wish to apply for the job then their is 1 primary prerequisite and that is that you are a licenced cannabis patient in Germany.

When Henn was asked about salaries he said :

“Depending on your qualifications, we can imagine paying annual salaries of up to 100,000 euros.”

Now that’s a High salary, for such a Highly enjoyable job. Its up there with being a blunt roller for Snoop Dogg.

Lets hope the madness of Cannabis Prohibition is brought to an end soon and jobs like this could be on offer here in Ireland too. As no doubt we have many Highly qualified people here for a role like this.
